Another day ending event that our keepers look forward to is putting Monterey Zoo's Rhino to bed. This involves separating them for the
evening from their several habitat mates to include our zebra and water buffalo. Depending on the moods and hunger drive of all, this can take 30 minutes or perhaps an hour... but were there until its
done and the longer it takes, the more exciting it can often be. You're invited to join us.
Once separated, you'll learn about the many ingredients that went into making our rhino facility the state of the art
zoological facility it is for rhinos today as well as the conservation needs of rhinos. You'll learn how YOU can help the plight of this iconic and threatened/endangered
species. Click Here for more info or to book now.
