in 1989, Charlie met one of his best friends ever, a little bear named Brandi. She was born in Bandon, Oregon at the same facility as some of Charlie's best animals ever, to include his beloved Josef. Brandi proved to be one of the best things that ever happened to Charlie, his family, his staff and Wild Things. Her incredible patience was unlike most bears and her willingness to be in strange places with strange people made her a blessing to those who had the privilege of working wth her in the film industry. Brandi passed away at the age of 21 years on Oct. 21, 2010. She was laid to rest in a very special and reserved spot on the Vision Quest Ranch, right next to Josef. Her credits amount to almost every bear credit on our credit page. She really was a star. Forever in our hearts, we hope these photos will help those who knew Brandi remember just how special she really was. |
